We ordinarily process an order within 1–2 business days and expect delivery about 3–5 business days after it ships. These timeframes are estimates rather than promises, and checkout displays the actual shipping charge or free-shipping result.
Accurate address, email, and phone entries help prevent fulfillment problems. Tracking will be communicated when issued. If a shipment is delayed, missing, damaged, or shown as delivered but absent, notify us promptly so the available carrier steps can begin.
