Refund Policy

We permit mail returns and exchanges whether an item is defective or not. Apply within 30 days following delivery; non-defective goods must be new and unused, and every eligible return must preserve the original state, packaging, labels, and supplied accessories.

Changing your mind, choosing the wrong product, or personal preference are acceptable non-defect reasons. Defective, damaged, mis-shipped, incomplete, or materially misdescribed items may likewise be submitted for review.

Requests require an order number, checkout email, and clear description. When the concern is damage, a defect, an incorrect shipment, or missing contents, attach photos or video showing the goods and packaging. Returns sent without approval are not accepted. Use the no-cost mail label supplied inside the parcel.

A restocking fee is not collected. Any exchange is limited by available inventory. Once approved, a refund is sent to the initial payment method within 10 days, with final posting timing determined by the customer's financial institution.
